Patient Portal

Parents can now access their child's medical records through the new Children's Hospital Patient Portal. Registered users can log in here.

How It Works

Use this interactive user guide to see how the Patient Portal works:

What You Can Do

By logging on, approved users can see a child's medical records including:

  1. Appointment times
  2. Prescriptions
  3. Visit history
  4. Lab and test results
  5. Discharge information
  6. Billing information

How To Register and Gain Access

Parents who have had a child in the hospital recently will automatically receive an email detailing how to access the portal. If your child has not been in the hospital recently, fill out the Portal Access form (PDF) and drop it off at our Medical Records department to become an approved user. To be able to see a child's Patient Portal, you must be his parent or legal guardian. Patients age 18 and older can access their own portal information.

For more information about signing up for the Patient Portal and support using the website, visit the Medical Records department Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or call 865-541-8102.
