Specialty Clinics
East Tennessee Children's Hospital offers a number of specialty clinics designed to meet the needs of patients who require ongoing treatment for various conditions. Pediatricians and specialists from around the region visit Children's Hospital to check their patients' conditions, continue medications, evaluate progress and perform other medical tests and treatments.
Our clinics are located on the 2nd Floor of the East Tennessee Children's Hospitals' South Tower.
Child Abuse Clinic
Child abuse pediatricians work with other staff and families to identify children with concerns of abuse or neglect. These concerns can be due to over or under performance of parental duties. The issues can range from failure to thrive to obesity, failure to protect from harm to causing physical harm and emotional neglect to emotional harm.

Cleft Palate Clinic
Each year approximately 4,200 babies in the United States are born with cleft lip or cleft palate. The Children's Hospital Cleft and Craniofacial Clinic is the only approved cleft palate team in Tennessee.

Cystic Fibrosis Clinic
CF Clinic is held every Wednesday and every other Thursday in the Specialty Clinic Office on the 2nd floor of the South Tower. During clinic, each patient is seen and cared for by a multi-disciplinary team that is specially trained and educated in CF care.
