Our Story
We want your family's visit to Greeneville Pediatrics to be as pleasant as possible. Our providers and staff care deeply about the health of this community's children and adolescents. Dr. Cobble has been practicing medicine here for more than 40 years, and many of our staff have been with the clinic nearly as long.
COVID-19 Update
At this time Greeneville Pediatric Clinic is asking the patient's family to call us when you arrive at (423) 787-6050 and to wait in your car. We use separate rooms for well visits and and sick visits and will bring the patients in different doors. We also ask everyone over age 2 to please wear a mask. Thank you for your help to keep the kids well and healthy.
For urgent needs on the weekends or after hours, pediatric nurses at Children’s Hospital will provide information and how best to treat your child. Please call (865) 541-8379, or visit Children's Hospital's Emergency Department or Urgent Care Centers.
We would be delighted to welcome you into our family.

Douglas C. Cobble, M.D.
I always admired my uncle's dedication. Watching how he cared for his community as a country doctor shaped how I care for mine. My life's work has been to provide compassionate care for children and young adults. It has been deeply rewarding to serve several generations of Greeneville families.

Kelsey J. Little, M.D.
Dr. Little is from a small town in Western PA (Mercer), as is her husband (they were high school sweethearts). Her town didn't have a pediatrician, so she decided from a young age that she wanted to serve a smaller community as a primary care physician. She just finished her Residency in September 2021 and this is her first year as a practicing Pediatrician. She has three daughters (almost 5 years, 3 years, and almost 1 year).
