Staff is available beginning at 7:45am, Monday – Friday, to schedule appointments. When offices are closed, calls are taken by Registered Pediatric Nurses at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital After Hours Program. They work in conjunction with our on-call physician to take care of your needs.
Weekends and After Hours Care
East Tennessee Children's Hospital operates four Urgent Care Centers throughout the region. These Urgent Care Centers are open 7 days a week and in the evening after your regular Primary Care Pediatrician's office is closed. They will communicate directly with your Primary Care Pediatrician's office for all treatment information.
