Our provider is always more than understanding of my concerns, she addresses every concern with care, kindness, and makes us feel like she truly cares about my son's health. Our last visit I had mentioned how my son no longer had his baby face and she even took the time to pull up his profile picture. It might seem silly but it is those little things that make us love our provider.
