My daughter is a lifelong patient at this facility, and we have a great relationship with all of the care providers at this clinic.

The experience was great unfortunately the RX was never called in and Walgreens shows no record of it. Have called the on call Doc line and am awaiting a call back. Hoping we don't have to go through another bad night.

Please stop requiring paperwork to be filled out yearly by hand. Please move to online in patient portal. Reception staff is excellent

All of the providers are amazing. I rated based on the health care providers because they are great with my children. Unfortunately, we will be transferring due to the rest of the staff, their rudeness and unprofessionalism. Dr. Frances Pisano is amazing and we will miss her!!

We love Dr Frances Pisano. We have gone to her for years and will continue to only see her as long as she is with Oakridge pediatrics
