We were at the hospital for 4 hours total for an asthma test and doctor visit. We had to wait 45 min for the pharmacy to have the medication used in the asthma test. That made us late for the doctor appointment and so we had to wait in the room for 20 min until the doctor could see us. That's way too much time!

My son was initially seen by Dr. Heintz in February of this year. The plan was for after the spring allergy season, that he would phone in a prescription for Flovent for our son would be on that for one month and then he would return to Dr. Heintz office for exercise induced asthma test. The ball got dropped in his office when no one called in a prescription for Flovent. The exercise test was not scheduled. No one followed up with me. I'm the one that called, and now Dr. Heintz refused to prescribe the Flovent until we came in for an office visit, which was completely unnecessary. It just billed our insurance for another visit. I'm upset that I had to go through this and my son too. It was just medically necessary because someone did not do the

For CF patients they should always be putting a mask on and not coming into the room without a gown and mask and gloves. It is incredibly dangerous them not covering up properly when seeing more than one CF patients. They should also make sure the gown is completely on and if the size is to small they should order larger gowns bacteria can stick to clothes and they can pass it on to other CF patients and get them sick. Also, they should make sure the rooms are clean not putting CF patients in non CF rooms. The rooms need to always be clean. If they don't have that many rooms they shouldn't schedule that many people in one day. Also in no circumstances should one CF patient have to walk pass another in the hallway! That is not 6 feet apart!!! It take seconds for germs to spread and completely change a CF patients life. What if that CF patient passed something to my CF patient. Then they ruin their chances at ever getting lungs if they need them all because a dumb mistake and not taking proper precautions. They need to do better until CF stands for Cure Found!
