The attention, explanation and communication was very good at all times

This was my family's 3rd visit to a GI doctor, and based on the first two experiences, I came in a bit jaded. I had set a high threshold to meet satisfaction and Dr. Thornhill exceeded those expectations. He came highly recommended from two separate doctors, and they were right!

One of the best doctors I have ever spoken with. He was very friendly, very informative, and my kid was comfortable and at ease throughout the whole appointment. He was very present and engaging . We both have confidence in and are comfortable with the recommended treatment.

Dr. Thornhill made clear there were endless possibilities to what could be going on with our son, but laid out a plan that would cover every angle in a way that left no stone unturned. He asked questions about extra details in what had been happening, which was something noone else had done before. He did not jump right to conclusions which didn't fit as others had done in the past, and he made clear he could see the situation for what it was: trying. I'm grateful for his attention, understanding and being open-minded to figure out what can make our son better again.

Very very very experienced and caring doctor

Dr. Thornhill was kind and has a good bedside manner. However, he talks too fast for me to catch everything and didn't give me much time to ask questions or add information.
