Dr. K always makes my daughter feel more comfortable during her appointment. She listens to me and takes my concern seriously which I also really appreciate.

Dr. Kosentka is attentive, thoughtful, and caring. She explains what is going on, how she is hoping to treat it, and next steps. She explains medicines well. She listens to my daughter and speaks to her as well as to me. She is overall an excellent physician.

We were talked over. We were not listened to. We have seen this doctor for years. This was not her typical interaction with us. It really hurt my feelings how I was dismissed by her. I truly thought she would give us a better explanation or even refer us to a different provider with more expertise. I brought a list of questions but was unable to get answers due to being cut off and spoken over. I will be requesting to move providers within the practice, or I will be seeking treatment elsewhere.

Care provider was knowledgeable about rare disease diagnosis and showed us much care and compassion.

We transferred to ETCH Neurology when the needs for our son at our local clinic were not being met. Dr. Kosentka has been nothing short of amazing in our sons care and we couldn't recommend her more. She listens to us, she advocates for our son, and she is very thorough and detailed in explaining her work. We are so thankful for her and her team!
