Staff Development

Children’s Hospital provides many opportunities for our staff to develop and advance in their career. We encourage our employees to review internal job postings and apply for any position of interest. We also encourage our employees to take part in our tuition reimbursement program, leadership classes, etc.

Before a staff member can become eligible to transfer, they must be in their current position for at least six months and must not be currently under any corrective action, including a written warning, within the past rolling calendar year.

Children's Hospital is excited to also support our employee’s educational goals by providing financial assistance. After six months of employment, you will be eligible for tuition reimbursement for both full-time and part-time benefit eligible employees. Our Tuition Reimbursement Program enables employees to pursue relevant undergraduate and graduate degrees providing that the program they attend is accredited and will result in a degree that could benefit an employee in a position within our organization.
