Pediatric Neurologist

East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, located in Knoxville, TN, is currently seeking an additional board eligible/certified pediatric neurologist.

East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, a comprehensive medical center in the Tennessee Valley with more than 100 pediatric sub-specialists, including pediatric neurosurgery and genetics, serves patients throughout the East Tennessee region.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established practice, as part of our succession planning, offering consultative, diagnostic and treatment services for a variety of pediatric neurological conditions. Epilepsy or neurophysiology training is preferred. Must be able to read EEGs. As the only neurology practice in the area dedicated solely to pediatric patients, our child neurologists are committed to providing an exceptional level of care for children with mild to complex neurological conditions. We provide a mix of inpatient care including coverage of the PICU, NICU, hospital floors and scheduled inpatient EEG monitoring as well as outpatient clinic. Call is shared equally by all physicians.

East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, is seeking a Pediatric Physiatry Physician to join our team as we continue to expand our physiatry and rehabilitation services. East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, a comprehensive medical center with more than 100 pediatric sub-specialists, serves patients throughout the East Tennessee region.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established physiatry practice, offering diagnostic and treatment options for a variety of symptoms related to cerebral palsy, spina bifida, traumatic brain/spinal injuries, congenital abnormalities, prematurity and developmental delays.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible and fellowship trained in Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. This position offers an opportunity to oversee a growing multi-disciplinary rehabilitation program that includes both inpatient consults and outpatient services.

Our Pediatric Hematology-Oncology practice is seeking an additional board eligible/board certified Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist.

Our hospital-based practice is associated with East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, a comprehensive pediatric medical center in Knoxville, Tennessee, with more than 100 subspecialists serving families from Tennessee, Kentucky and Virginia.

This is an opportunity to join 5 pediatric Hematologists-Oncologists and 3 nurse practitioners in a busy, well-established practice. This is primarily a clinical position best suited for someone interested in the care of both hematology and oncology patients. We are an active member of the Children’s Oncology Group, seeing 50-60 new oncology patients per year. The practice manages children and young adults with a full range of hematology and oncology diagnoses. Our multidisciplinary team includes dedicated CRAs, Pharm. D, patient navigator, case manager, registered dietician, social workers, child-life specialist, chaplain, PT, OT and speech therapists.

Pediatric Pathologist

Innovative Pathology is seeking seeks a Pediatric Pathologist

Innovative Pathology Services seeks a pediatric pathologist to join our practice covering surgical pathology at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital. The ideal candidate will be board certified/eligible in pediatric pathology and eligible for Tennessee state licensure. This position will be focused on general pediatric surgical pathology including solid tumors, GI pathology, hematopathology, neuropathology, cytopathology, and the clinical laboratory. Autopsies are outsourced to a regional forensic center. Excellent interpersonal skills will be put to use in consultation with the clinical staff and teaching of pathology residents from the University of Tennessee Knoxville Medical Center.
