When my youngest had eczema, some of the doctors here recommended many ointments and keep suggesting the same treatment for all of the appointments. But this RN, she directed me to a dermatologist and I got a much relief after all.

They couldn't get enough blood from the finger prick so came back in & tore off his scab for more but still couldn't get it. This upset my child. They also told him the shot they just gave him was a big needle so he should do fine with the next but he misunderstood & thought they said the next one was a much larger needle which scared him
