Heather Snow is absolutely amazing! She has provided care to our kids since we moved to this area.

Very professional and caring. Respectful of parental designs regarding healthcare.

NP Snow couldn't have cared less about my daughter. I asked her if we could please skip the throat swab because my daughter was terrified from a previous hospital stay, and possibly just treat her for strep because our whole family has it, and she said "that's not what we do here." She got a negative swab, which I also got because I was too early in the illness to test positive but got antibiotics anyway. Asked her about this possibility and she's said I could just bring her back in a few days if she gets worse. Said there was nothing she could do, despite my telling her about my child's chronic asthma and her being wheezy at school. Didn't offer any other suggestions or treatment options. It was very evident she didn't want to be there.

Did not discuss meds for ear infection with me and it was a medication he was allergic to

She basically looked at my daughter and said I'm going to refer you to a dermatologist. I can understand the need for a referral, but no options for my daughter's itching were offered to provide relief until dermatologist appointment. It felt pointless to even come to MPG.

Dr. Snow is great. We have seen her at the previous office. MPG is the only practice my son has been to since he was born. However this will be the last well check since he will be 18 next year.

I couldn't be more grateful to have dr. Snow taken care of my baby during his visit she was super caring for my child and his needs this time as well as for my daughter during her first appointment. She's wonderful.

Heather Snow is our favorite NP. She is very personable and very good at getting on the kids level and talking to them specifically.

Heather Snow is always professional, compassionate and listens to our concerns. She is patient with questions & explains on a level that is understanding to non-medical people.
