We are thrilled to be your specialty pharmacy provider. The Children's Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy team strives to give the best care and service to each and every one of our patients and their families. Our team is dedicated to helping patients manage high-cost and complicated medications. We will work closely with you and your child's doctor to help your family manage your child's medication. On these pages you will learn more about the services that are offered and how we can help with your specialty medication needs.

As an outpatient pharmacy patient, your family will have access to many different services, including:

  • Support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including national holidays.
  • Individual treatment and personalized programs that are developed with you and your child's doctor and tailored to your child's specific condition.
  • Ongoing education regarding your child's specialty medication in clinic settings, over the phone and patient education matierals including drug education handouts.
  • Ensured monthly delivery of refills and expert managing of all details for medication shipping and delivery.

  • Monday - Friday: 7am to 8pm

    A licensed pharmacist is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for emergency pharmacy services.

  • Second Floor of the South Tower

Emergency and Disaster Information:

If there is a disaster in your area, please contact our specialty pharmacy staff at (865) 541-8980 to instruct us where to deliver your medication.  This will ensure that your therapy is not interrupted. Be sure to also let us know when you have returned to your residence.
