Grow Knoxville Hosting Pamper With A Purpose for Children's Hospital
NOTE: Due to the KUB water main break, today’s event has been rescheduled for next Monday, October 13.
grow Knoxville – A Shane Archer Concept Salon is providing a special opportunity for East Tennessee Children’s Hospital patients and families called Pamper with a Purpose.
Pamper with a Purpose will offer hair and makeup services free of charge for patients and their families who are selected by the hospital on Monday, October 6th beginning at 3 PM. This will be the third and last Pamper with a Purpose event for the year.
“We at grow do a lot of community service and fundraising support through our grow Gives Back program, and I’m so proud of every worthy cause that we champion. This one touches me differently. For my team and I, there’s no greater honor and privilege in life than to foster joyful family moments and provide loving attention to these kids. Giving these families a treasured experience together they’ll always remember is the least we can do. It’s such a blessing to be part of this with what these families are going through. I’m expecting a lot of photos, smiles, hugs and tears,” said Shane Archer, grow Knoxville owner and founder.
“We are so grateful to Shane Archer and his stylists at grow Knoxville for launching the Pamper with a Purpose initiative to support East Tennessee Children’s Hospital and making our patients and their families not only feel good but look great,” said Jennifer Lamb, East Tennessee Children’s Hospital Director of Development.
