Community Health Needs Assessment 2025

East Tennessee Children’s Hospital (ETCH) wants to know what you think are the biggest health issues in your community! 

If you are at least 18 years old and live in an East Tennessee county, you’re invited to take a short survey and share your views about the health challenges and healthcare options for children and families in your area.  Sharing your thoughts and experiences will help ETCH deliver the care and services that East Tennessee’s children and families need to be healthy.

We know your time is valuable, and we’re very grateful for your willingness to help! 

Anyone living in Knox, Blount, Sevier, Jefferson, Anderson, Scott, Campbell, Claiborne, Morgan, Union, Grainger, Hamblen, Cocke, Monroe, Roane, and Loudon counties is welcome to participate.  

The survey should only take about 15 mins of your time.
