Children’s Hospital Holding Celebration for Family Plaza

East Tennessee Children’s Hospital is holding a celebration for the new Family Plaza located in the 21st Street corridor on Thursday, April 24th from 5 PM to 7 PM. The celebration will include remarks from Children’s Hospital leaders, guided hospital tours, light refreshments and more.

For many years, 21st Street has run between the North Tower of the hospital, Koppel Plaza and the Medical Office Building (MOB) and has been unsafe for patient families to cross. The newly created Family Plaza safely connects the campus, while providing an open-air and safe pedestrian walkway for patients, families and staff to enjoy.

Guests are encouraged to wear royal blue and white to represent their commitment to the hospital. Parking is available in East Tennessee Children’s Hospital’s Garage C located at the corner of Clinch Avenue and 22nd Street or the administrative parking lot located on White Avenue.
