Do you have fond memories from Fantasy of Trees? Join us in celebrating 40 years of Fantasy of Trees with your photos through the years!
Submit your favorite family photos for a chance to win a Fantasy 4 Pack of tickets to the event and to be featured on our social media. We are specifically looking for photos from the years 1984-1999 but will accept any photos you want to share with us!

- Tag your festive bestie in the post
- Upload your photos to the link below with your name, number and year of photos taken
- Fill out and submit a photo consent form to the same link below (only for photos of children)
We are accepting entries through October 21 at 1:00PM.
We will be selecting 3-4 individuals on October 25, 2024. Winners will be contacted by a member of the East Tennessee Children’s Hospital marketing team.
ATTN: We require a signed photo consent form for all children in photographs. The photo consent form is attached below with highlighted sections you must sign.
YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT COUNT UNLESS YOU SUBMIT A CONSENT FORM FOR ALL CHILDREN IN PHOTOS.
