East Tennessee Children's Hospital Welcomes New Chief Medical Officer

East Tennessee Children's Hospital is pleased to welcome Suzanne Rybczynski, M.D., M.S.H.C.M. as its new Chief Medical Officer.

Dr. Rybczynski comes to Children's Hospital from Baltimore, Maryland, where she most recently served as Associate Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Quality, Patient Safety and Professional Affairs at Kennedy Krieger Institute.

She brings nearly 30 years of experience in pediatric healthcare, serving as Attending Physician and Pediatric Hospitalist at Kennedy Krieger Institute and Johns Hopkins Hospital, as well as various leadership roles and Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Dr. Rybczynski said, "I am thrilled to be part of the East Tennessee Children’s Hospital team. I am looking forward to meeting everyone and becoming part of the 'family.' There are so many exciting things happening at ETCH and I can’t wait to join in!"
