Community Benefit
As a not-for-profit pediatric health care provider, East Tennessee Children’s Hospital provides a broad spectrum of benefits to the surrounding community. These funds account for a measurable portion of the organization’s cost and help promote healthy lifestyles, community development, health education and affordable access to care. During the 2017-2018 fiscal year, Children’s Hospital invested $3.4 million in community benefit activities to improve the health and well-being of children across East Tennessee.
