Special Visits
From time to time, special visitors come to see the patients at Children's Hospital, and they often bring gifts. Visitors range from church groups to University of Tennessee football players to the giant Hershey's Kiss. Visitors usually come in the afternoon between 2 and 5 p.m. and visit rooms of children who are allowed visitors.
Play Rooms
On the Second, Third, and Fourth floors patients will find play rooms with many toys for children of all ages. There are also many art activities for patients to do in the room.
Summer Camps
Parents of children with special needs or disabilities can have challenges finding fun summer experiences and opportunities that meet their child's distinct needs. Thanks to three unique camps sponsored by Children's Hospital, children with special needs have the chance to enjoy all of the fun of going to summer camp.
