RECOGNIZING EXCELLENCE

Share a Compliment and Share a Suggestion Card boxes are placed conveniently throughout Children’s Hospital and at the Children's Hospital Rehabilitation Center to encourage input from our patients/families, guests and employees.

Cards are collected several times each week and routed to the Service Excellence Department. Compliments can also be submitted to us via our feedback form or by sending a letter to: Service Excellence; Children's Hospital; P.O. Box 15010; Knoxville, TN 37901.

All compliments are sent to the president of Children’s Hospital, who writes a personal message to the employee. The original compliment card is delivered to the employee, and copies are given to the employee’s director, manager or supervisor. In addition, copies are kept on file in Human Resources, Community Relations and Service Excellence.
