Lost and Found
If you have lost an item at Children's Hospital, please call the hospital switchboard at (865) 541-8000. The switchboard operator will ask you in which area of the hospital the item may have been left and will then forward your call to the appropriate department. If you are unsure where the item was left, the Guest Relations Department will be contacted to help search for the item. If the item is considered valuable (a watch, wallet, purse, electronic, etc.), please ask the operator to contact Security.
To claim ownership of any lost article, proper identification and a detailed description of the lost item are needed. Every attempt will be made to locate the owners of lost articles, but if the articles are not claimed within 30 days, Children's Hospital will dispose of the items.
