We understand deadlines and are dedicated to meeting them by responding to media inquires quickly and promptly. A Community Relations Staff member is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist reporters and other members of the news media by answering any questions or assisting with information regarding one of our patients. During regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays), call our main Community Relations Department phone number at (865) 541-8165. After business hours, on weekends and holidays, call the Children’s Hospital Switchboard Operator at (865) 541-8000 and ask that the Community Relations Staff member on-call be paged.
