Be a designer, volunteer or entertainer at the Fantasy of Trees
Designers, volunteers and entertainers are the driving force behind the Fantasy of Trees. Thousands of designers, volunteers and entertainers give about 155,000 hours of their time each year to make the Fantasy of Trees a success for Children's Hospital.
How can you get involved in the Fantasy of Trees? It's easy!
Designers
- Designers - Creative individuals and businesses can design and decorate a tree, wreath or other item for the Designer Promenade. Over 300 designer items, including door designs, centerpieces, fireplace mantels, and trees ranging in size from two feet to eight feet are available for decoration. All designer items will be sold at the Fantasy of Trees.
- Area Children - Area schools and children's groups are invited to participate by decorating "Adopt-a-trees" for display and sale. The Adopt-A-Tree category for the 2009 Fantasy of Trees is full.
- Gingerbread Village - Individuals, professional chefs and school children are needed to design and decorate gingerbread houses for sale in the Gingerbread Village. This village highlights the baking and creative skills of local gingerbread house builders.
