Official Rules and Regulations of Raffle at the 2008 Fantasy of Trees

Presented by East Tennessee Children's Hospital, a 501c(3) non-profit corporation.

1. You must be 18 years or older on November 26, 2008 to purchase a ticket.
2. Winners of the tree and other prizes will be drawn at 4:00 p.m. at the Knoxville Convention Center on Sunday, November 30, 2008, which is the final day of Fantasy of Trees.
3. 1st prize will be delivered to the winner's home or business on Monday, December 1, provided the winner lives within a 100-mile radius of the Knoxville Convention Center, 701 Henley Street in Knoxville, TN. If the home or business is more than 100 miles away, the tree must be picked up at the Knoxville Convention Center on Monday, December 1, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. or the tree will be totally dismantled and shipped via UPS at the expense and risk of the winner. If the winner does not pick up the tree or indicate that they will incur the cost of shipping, the tree will become the property of East Tennessee Children's Hospital at 4:01 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2008.
4. Each entry must be filled out completely. All winners will be notified after the 4:00 p.m. drawing on Sunday, November 30, by telephone. Entrants need not be present to win. If the first prize winner is not at the address given on Monday, December 1, and delivery of the tree is not possible, the tree will be returned to East Tennessee Children's Hospital. It will then be the responsibility of the winner to claim and transport the tree before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 5. The remaining prizes will be available for pickup immediately after the drawing with proper proof of identification. Any prize not claimed by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 5, becomes the property of Children's Hospital and may be used or sold at the discretion of the hospital administration.
5. A maximum of 6,000 tickets will be sold as chances to win one of the six prizes.
6. Directors, Officers and Employees of East Tennessee Children's Hospital and members of their immediate families, the decorator of the tree and supplier of accompanying gifts, including but not limited to Target Stores, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. Winners must prove eligibility.
7. By entering, entrants release East Tennessee Children's Hospital and its officers, directors and staff from any and all liability with respect to the prizes
8. By entering, winners consent to the use of their name and likeness in the promotion of the event in the future without additional compensation.
9. Fantasy of Trees logo and likenesses are registered trademarks of East Tennessee Children's Hospital, and no other person or entity is authorized to copy or otherwise use them without expressed written consent.
