Children:  Aaron Sexton (19 years), Gracie Sexton (17 years), Brianna Watson (11 years), Jason Watson Jr. (9 years)  

What is your Children’s Hospital story?
I was blessed with four amazing children, and three are mostly healthy kids. Jason Jr. is our gift. When Jason came into this world, we knew he was going to be a blessing, and he has touched so many people. Jason has been sick since birth, but his amazing doctors and Children's Hospital staff didn't give up. After nine years, 10 doctors and visits to almost every part of Children's Hospital, we now know what Jason battles, and it is a battle we will win. Jason Jr. has postive markers for Crohn's Disease, malabsorption issue, eosinophilic esophagitis, asthma, 12 food allergies, GERD, epilepsy, issues with neutropenia and immune deficiency.

Because of ALL the doctors who wouldn't give up; Children's Hospital and ALL the wonderful, caring staff; and Children's Hospital Home Health Care (the best in the world for support and care for the families, not just for all the supplies they send out every day), I have my son, and he is all smiles and goes through life as a happy little boy. I can't say "Thank You" enough.  

Why are you involved with the Family Advisory Council?
I love Children's Hospital, an my hope is to be able to give back!
