Children's Hospital Healthy Kids
Children's Hospital offers a free monthly class called "Making Healthy Choices." Because food habits are often family-centered, it is important to recognize certain habits as unhealthy and take steps to correct them. During the class, a registered dietitian on staff at Children's Hospital discusses how to make appropriate healthy food choices, suggests foods that promote weight management and offers methods for increasing activity in your daily routine. Visit the Healthy Kids section of the Children's Hospital website to learn more about this program and when it and other health-related classes will be offered next.
