Objectives: At the end of the session, the participant should be able to:

  1. Identify the signs, symptoms and complications in pediatric cancer diagnoses.
  2. Discuss risk/benefits of procedures/treatment options.
  3. Identify how/when to utilize different disciplines in the treatment of/care for pediatric cancer patients.

Tumor Board is held monthly and is open to any staff. East Tennessee Children's Hospital physicians serve as faculty, and facilitate discussion among participants. Children's Hospital Oncology cases are reviewed.
