ORAU Donates to Children's Hospital Expansion
As an employer of 850 East Tennesseans, Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) has generously committed $125,000 to the Children's Hospital expansion project to be donated over the next five years.
"ORAU has decided to support Children's Hospital in this effort not only because the future of our workforce depends on community assets like this, but also because it gives us the opportunity to invest in our employees' children," said Andy Page, ORAU president and CEO.
The hospital expansion project will include a new 268,000 square-foot building with space for treating children with chronic conditions, 44 private Neonatal Intensive Care Unit rooms and new operating rooms. Click here to contribute to the growth of Children's Hospital.
